The hotel is a lovely place, with charming rooms and fantastic service. However, the price may be a bit high, especially for weekends.

Rooms
8.0
Our room had its own terrace and a lovely modern bathroom. The stay was already booked for the second night. The room was quite expensive, particularly for the weekend.
Service
7.0
The service was fantastic and service-minded. The staff claimed no arrival after 11 pm was possible. They were very helpful and kind. Although they were cooperative, this was the most expensive place we stayed at compared to similar locations in Rome, Florence, and Pisa.
Location
6.0
The hotel is just one or two blocks up the road from the main street, making it a short walk to get to the beach. It puts you about a five-minute walk from the beach and close to central Monterosso. Booking late led us to stay in the annex, away from the main house, with no Wi-Fi and poor lighting leading to our room.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast, included with the room price, was a typical Italian breakfast and perfect to start the day. However, it was very expensive.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities provided were satisfactory, but not exceptional.

I stayed at the Villa Accini for two nights and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but lacked the charm I was used to from my previous stays in Positano, Venice, and Sorrento. However, they were spacious and had a large terrace. The service was friendly but not overly enthusiastic. The location was convenient, easy to reach from the train station, but a bit tricky to find once in Monterosso. The dining options were varied but not exceptional. Overall, the hotel offered good value for the price I paid.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had some persistent lingering smell of disinfectant or air freshener, which was off-putting. They were clean but lacked the aesthetic beauty I was hoping for after staying in more luxurious rooms in other Italian cities.
Service
8.0
I was pleasantly met at breakfast, and the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. While they weren't overly enthusiastic, they were pleasant and accommodating.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was great, close to the train station yet away from the main street noise. It was easy to access, unlike some other hotels in the area with many steps or long walks.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience offered a varied and healthy buffet, but I found it quite ordinary overall. The espresso was good, but the lack of egg options was a bit disappointing.

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although small, served its purpose with a modern finish, but had some maintenance issues like non-working lights and limited hot water. The service was friendly and attentive, responding well to our needs. The location was great, centrally situated to explore Monterosso, with some issues regarding Wi-Fi and lighting to the room. The dining experience was pleasant overall, especially the breakfast, although lacking some options like eggs. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
